We are seeking a skilled and motivated Scrum Master to join our Agile team!
Responsibilities:
- Manage the sprint activities of the scrum team,
- Facilitate agile process & ceremonies, as well as collaborate with the product ownerhip on prioritization, planning goals for the scrum team.
- Establish and facilitate scrum ceremonies
- Collaborate with the Product Ownership on backlog
- Define epic level acceptance criteria
- Coordinate the activities of the team as they relate to writing and calculating user stories
- Establish team capacity and manage sprints
- Assist in the management of daily triage processes for defects and tickets that are filtered into the team
- 7+ years of Scrum master or product manager experience
- Strong knowledge of SAFe (Scaled Agile Frameworks)
- Excellent working knowledge of Agile tools (Jira, Rally, VersionOne and Azure DevOps)
- Strong Background in agile delivery, project management, or product management
- Experience leveraging Scaled Agile frame ( PI planning ) - SAFe
- Excellent communicator and collaborator
