As a QE Manager at an Internet startup company, I was concerned that testing for the most recent version of our company’s flagship product was behind schedule. I described our needs to Incendia, and in a matter of days had several quality resumes from which to choose from. The end result was an experienced QE professional contractor who was able to take direction from me, and at the same time was self-motivated enough to take initiative into areas that I had not considered.
