Lead Tax Accountant (Hybrid | ~$140K)

Incendia Partners is assisting an outstanding publicly traded long-term client with their search for a Lead Tax Accountant. This position will coordinate, prepare and review assigned federal, state and local tax returns, tax payments and tax accruals in compliance with applicable laws, regulations and established policies. Lead Tax Accountant Salary and Benefits

• Total compensation potential up to approximately $140,000
• Hybrid schedule with three days in office and two days from home
• Flexible arrival time
• Option to work nine hour days and receive 26 Fridays off
• 12.5 percent annual target bonus with increases at each promotion
• 4 percent automatic retirement plan contribution which increases to 5 percent at five years
• 4 percent retirement plan employer match which increases to 5 percent at five years

Qualifications

• 5 or more years of experience in corporate tax or public accounting with corporate clients
• CPA or CPA candidate
• Master’s in Accounting preferred
