A fast-growing manufacturing company with over 10 years of success and $375 million in revenue is seeking a data-driven FP&A Analyst to partner with Finance, Sales, and Operations to turn insights into action.
Financial Analyst Responsibilities:
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and monthly close analysis (P&L, cash flow, variances)
• Build KPI dashboards and financial models
• Partner cross-functionally on sales analytics, pricing, CAPEX, and operational performance
• Leverage ERP and BI tools to improve reporting accuracy and efficiency
Financial Analyst Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting
• 3+ years financial analysis
• Advanced Excel skills
