Agile Project Manager - Hybrid - Boston, MA

Must be able to work onsite in Boston on a hybrid work model 3 days per week on / 2 days offsite

Overview:

The main objective here is we need someone who can support one to many of our product lanes in their ERP system: Manufacturing and Procurement, Value Chain Planning, and/or Commercial Planning.   

Urgent need for a senior IT Agile Project manager to work at a global manufacturing client and supporting one of the many product lanes in the ERP system. 


These teams are new to agile and agile processes and would need a strong, assertive, flexible agile project management background to support these team in their agile journey.

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of Agile project management experience  - Scrum/KanBan
• PMP and/or CSM preferred but not required
• Preferred exposure with ERP systems and managing complex projects
• Preferred experience working with manufacturing and/or procurement projects 
• Proactively identify and manage project risks, dependencies, and issues (and related mitigation plans); escalate in a clear and timely manner as appropriate  
• Provide RAG state and status updates / slide decks for reviews and updates to the business / IT stakeholders  
• Track project budget and Invoice spends, as needed  
• Collaborate, participate, and contribute to collaborative IT PM/Agile center of excellence
