Generous time off: Up to 4.5 weeks of vacation in your first year (180 hours total)
Predictable hours: Busy season capped at 55 hours per week; non-busy season is 40 hours with flexible scheduling options (early starts, four 10-hour days, shortened Fridays, etc.)
Hybrid flexibility: Typically 3–4 days in the office

Tax Manager Duties:
- Review a variety of tax returns for individuals and businesses
- Stay current on changing tax laws and compliance requirements
- Support tax planning and projections throughout the year
- Pitch in on special projects when needed
- Mentor and develop junior staff
- Build strong client relationships and contribute to firm growth
Tax Manager Qualifications:
- 5+ years of relevant tax experience
- 2+ years of reviewing tax returns
- CPA, EA or CPA eligible
