Tax Manager – Growth-Focused CPA Firm

Generous time off: Up to 4.5 weeks of vacation in your first year (180 hours total)
Predictable hours: Busy season capped at 55 hours per week; non-busy season is 40 hours with flexible scheduling options (early starts, four 10-hour days, shortened Fridays, etc.)

Tax Manager Duties:

• Review a variety of tax returns for individuals and businesses
• Stay current on changing tax laws and compliance requirements
• Support tax planning and projections throughout the year
• Pitch in on special projects when needed
• Mentor and develop junior staff
• Build strong client relationships and contribute to firm growth

Tax Manager Qualifications:

• 5+ years of relevant tax experience
• 2+ years of reviewing tax returns
• CPA, EA or CPA eligible
