Controller

A growing organization is seeking an experienced Controller to lead its accounting operations and help support the next phase of growth. This role will oversee core financial processes, ensure accurate reporting, and help strengthen the company’s financial infrastructure as the business continues to scale.

The Controller will work closely with senior leadership and operational teams, playing a key role in maintaining strong internal controls while improving reporting, processes, and visibility into financial performance.

Responsibilities
• Lead day to day accounting operations, including oversight of the month end and year end close
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in accordance with GAAP
• Maintain and strengthen internal controls and accounting policies
• Oversee inventory and cost accounting activities
• Support external audits and regulatory compliance requirements
• Partner with operational teams to provide financial insight on projects, costing, and performance
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, systems, and reporting efficiency
• Mentor and develop accounting staff as the function continues to grow

Qualifications
• CPA strongly preferred
• Strong background in financial reporting and general accounting operations
• Experience with inventory and cost accounting in an operational environment
• Experience supporting audits and maintaining strong internal controls
• Ability to operate both strategically and hands on in a growing environment

Base salary: $120,000 – $140,000 plus a target annual bonus of 10–20%.
