A well-established manufacturing company with over 10 years of success and $375 million in revenue is seeking a Senior Accountant. This hybrid role involves periodic travel to the company's headquarters, located approximately two hours from Richmond. The weekly/monthly travel frequency is flexible (as needed) and is anticipated to decrease as the company continues to grow and establish a hybrid / remote accounting department.

SENIOR ACCOUNTANT RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Financial statement preparation
- Month & year end close
- Internal financial reporting
- Financial analysis
- Process improvement
- Inventory / cost accounting
- Fixed assets accounting
- Accounting research
- Reconciliations
- Work with external auditors
- Other duties as needed
SENIOR ACCOUNTANT DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 2+ years of experience with responsibilities outlined above
- Manufacturing industry experience strongly preferred
