Partner, Employment Attorney (Nevada)

The ideal candidate will have an established practice with some portable client relationships (not required) and the ability to support and collaborate on the firm’s existing institutional employment defense matters.

Location: Las Vegas or Reno, NV (Hybrid/Remote flexibility with dedicated office space available). Candidates must be Nevada-based or willing to relocate, as occasional in-person court appearances are required.


Compensation: $190,000 to $275,000+ (plus bonus)

A prominent national law firm with offices across the United States is seeking experienced Employment Attorneys licensed in Nevada. Ideal candidates will have hands-on experience in employment litigation, including single-plaintiff and multi-plaintiff matters, wage and hour disputes, and class/collective actions. Experience defending employers in complex employment matters is strongly preferred.

This opportunity is well-suited for a seasoned litigator who is comfortable managing sophisticated employment disputes and collaborating within a national platform to achieve favorable client outcomes. The role includes direct interaction with institutional clients and active involvement in case strategy alongside experienced employment law practitioners.

What They're Looking For:
  • Active Nevada Bar admission required
  • Significant experience in employment litigation defense
  • Experience with wage and hour, multi-plaintiff, or class/collective actions preferred
  • Strong motion practice, discovery, deposition, and courtroom experience
  • Ability to manage cases independently while working within a national team structure
  • Excellent writing, advocacy, and client communication skills
  • Nevada-based or willing to relocate due to court appearance requirements
