Lead Tax Accountant (Hybrid | ~$140K)

Incendia Partners is assisting an outstanding publicly traded long-term client with their search for a Lead Tax Accountant. This position will be responsible for the coordination, preparation and/or review of assigned federal, state and/or local tax returns, tax payments, and tax accruals, in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and established policies and procedures.. Lead Tax Accountant Salary/Benefits:

• Total compensation potential up to approximately $140,000
• Hybrid Work Model (3 days in office, 2 from home)
• Flexible "start your day" time

• 12.5% Annual target bonus.  Increases with promotions.

Qualifications for Lead Tax Accountant:

• 5+ years experience in corporate tax or public accounting w/corporate clients
• CPA or CPA candidate 
• Masters in Accounting preferred
