FlexPLM retail product support engineer / trainer - Asia PAC - REMOTE

Job Responsibilities

Take the lead in bug and issue resolution for users based in Asia. Users include employees and external vendor users.
Manage and communicate the progress of issues to the business teams
Lead the setup of new users in Asia and ensure they have full access to the security roles they need to perform their job duties
Become a resident expert in our software solutions and business problems, asking the right questions to fully understand the what and the why.
Provide training as needed – refresher training for experience users and groups or new user training
Update training materials as the platform is enhanced and new functionality is provided

Requirements

Must be located within the Asia region to support users in Time Zone
Minimum of 5 years of experience with within a global organization.
Factories are in China, Vietnam, Indonesia and Singapore
Some travel will be required to the factory locations for software and process training.
Experience working with FlexPLM within the Apparel Footwear industry is required.
