My client is a stable, well-established firm in Boston looking for a junior Executive Assistant / Office Manager with 2–5 years of administrative experience post-college who’s ready to grow, learn, and become the organizational heartbeat of the office.
What You’ll Do
-
Keep leadership organized, prepared, and always one step ahead
-
Own complex calendar management — coordinating internal and external meetings across busy schedules
-
Handle full meeting logistics: scheduling, room booking, virtual setup, materials prep, and occasional note-taking/follow-ups
-
Support team projects by tracking timelines, gathering materials, coordinating contributors, and keeping deliverables moving
-
Help the office run smoothly (supplies stocked, vendors coordinated, systems organized)

Step in wherever needed — because you understand that strong administrative partnership drives real business results.
What They’re Looking For

2–5 years of administrative experience after college

Strong communication skills and professional polish

Comfort managing competing priorities with attention to detail

A proactive mindset (you solve problems before they become problems)
