Employment Attorney (Remote / AM100 Defense)

Job Title: Employment Attorney (Texas) - National Defense Law Firm - will hire from Associate up to Lateral Partner

Location: Remote flexibility with offices in Austin, Dallas and Houston, TX

Compensation: The annual salary range for this position is $130,000 to $275,000 (plus bonus), with the final offer determined by factors including relevant skills, training, experience, and the specific location where the role is based.

A prominent national law firm operating across the country is recruiting accomplished Employment Attorneys licensed to practice in Texas. Ideal applicants bring 1 or more years of hands-on employment litigation experience, including single-plaintiff employment disputes, discrimination, harassment, retaliation and wrongful termination claims, as well as multi-plaintiff matters and wage and hour collective actions. The firm will also consider more junior candidates from competing Am Law 100 defense firms.

What They're Looking For:

• 3 or more years of employment litigation experience.

• Experience with Texas employment disputes, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, wage and hour matters, or multi-plaintiff/collective actions.

• Employer-side/management-side employment litigation experience is preferred.

• Strong experience with pleadings, discovery, depositions, motion practice, mediation, and case strategy.

• Active Texas Bar admission.

• Ability to independently manage matters while collaborating with a national litigation team.
