Job Title: Employment Attorney (Texas) - National Defense Law Firm - will hire from Associate up to Lateral Partner
Location: Remote Flexibility w/ offices in Austin, Dallas and Houston, TX
Compensation: The annual salary range for this position is $130,000 to $275,000 (plus bonus), with the final offer determined by factors including relevant skills, training, experience, and the specific location where the role is based.

Ideal applicants bring 1 or more years of hands-on experience in employment-related disputes (the firm will consider candidates more junior from competing AM100 defense firms), covering multi-plaintiff lawsuits, wage and hour collective actions, and Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA) claims. This opportunity is well-suited for a dedicated litigator who excels in navigating sophisticated employment conflicts and is committed to securing favorable resolutions for clients.
