A nationally recognized AM 100 law firm with a strong coast-to-coast platform is expanding its Commercial Litigation & General Liability practice and is actively seeking attorneys to join its defense team.

Location

Dallas, TX (remote flexibility available with occasional in-office appearances)

Compensation & Hours

• Base Salary: $100,000 – $275,000 (DOE)

• Bonus eligible

• Annual Hours Expectation: ~1,900

What You’ll Be Doing

• Defending clients in commercial litigation and general liability matters

• Handling cases from pleadings through resolution

• Drafting and arguing motions

• Managing discovery and taking/defending depositions

• Participating in mediations and settlement negotiations

• Working directly with clients and litigation teams

What They’re Looking For

• 1+ year of experience in commercial litigation and/or general liability defense

• Active bar license in good standing (Texas preferred, but not required)

• Strong legal writing and analytical skills

• Experience with discovery and motion practice

• Deposition experience is a plus (not required)

• Motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple matters
