Corporate Tax Accountant - Remote (Richmond Area)

We’re partnering with an evolving Richmond-based company to hire a newly created Income Tax Analyst role. Candidates must live in or be willing to relocate to the Richmond area for occasional office visits. Beyond that, the role is mostly remote, or you can work from the corporate office as much as you like. There is no mandatory in-office schedule with this progressive company. Income Tax Analyst Compensation & Benefits:

• Target salary range: $75-$85K, with flexibility depending on experience

Income Tax Analyst Overview Of Duties*:

• Federal / state income Tax compliance
• Tax provisions
• Tax estimates
• Technical tax research and analysis
• Tracking tax fixed assets & depreciation
• Ad hoc tax projects, as assigned
• A detailed client-provided job description is available per request

Income Tax Analyst Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree
• CPA or Master's degree preferred
• 1-2+ years of large corporate tax experience or public accounting with large public corporate clients
