Compensation & Benefits Highlights:

• Salary range: $80-90K + bonus
• 32-hour work weeks during Summer. The office is closed on Fridays from May-August. Seriously... "Out of Office" responses are turned on.
• Hybrid work schedule (3 days in office)
• 12 paid holidays
• 401(k) with match and 3% contribution
• Flexible schedules available
• "Dress for your day" policy. (casual unless there’s a client meeting) 
• Up to 40 hours of provided CPE training

Senior Tax Accountant Duties:

• Provides planning and compliance support for individual, trust, and estate tax matters.
• Manages both complex assignments and several smaller projects simultaneously.
• Supervises junior staff by reviewing work and providing feedback.
• Prepares client communications and ensures timely responses.
• Makes independent decisions to improve efficiency and takes initiative on projects.
• Handles additional responsibilities as assigned.

Senior Tax Accountant Qualifications:

• 2+ years applicable tax experience
• CPA license, CPA candidate, or EA preferred
