Commercial Litigation Defense Attorney (Am100 / Defense – to $275k)

Location: Nevada (Las Vegas – remote flexibility with occasional in-office appearances)

Compensation: $100,000.00 – $275,000.00 base salary + bonus

Annual Hours Expectation: 1,900

• Manage defense litigation matters in commercial and related practice areas, including discovery, depositions, motions, and trial preparation.
• Draft pleadings, briefs, and other litigation documents for defense-oriented cases.
• Conduct legal research and perform in-depth analysis to support defense strategies.
• Collaborate with senior defense attorneys, co-counsel, and support staff.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and internal stakeholders.
• Represent clients in court hearings, depositions, and other legal proceedings.

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in the Nevada Bar required.
• 1 or more years of litigation experience preferred, ideally in commercial litigation or other defense-focused matters (employment, construction, professional liability, insurance coverage, environmental, toxic tort, product liability, general liability).
• Strong written and verbal advocacy, research, and analytical skills.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple defense matters independently while collaborating with team members.
• Comfortable working in a remote or hybrid environment while remaining engaged with the national defense practice.
