Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: $25-35 (+/-) per hour, based on experience. Will consider candidates above $35/hr if they have more than 3 years of Case Management experience with a PI firm.

- Must work on-site at the Manhattan Beach office, with hours between 8:00 AM and 4:30 PM, 8:30 AM and 5:00 PM, or 9:00 AM and 5:30 PM.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage over 50 pre-litigation cases simultaneously.
- Collect and organize necessary documents from new clients.
- Open insurance claims when needed.
- Draft and send letters of representation to insurance companies.
- Request and follow up on medical records from treatment providers.
- Keep clients informed of case progress.
- Maintain and organize case files effectively.
- Draft settlement demand letters and negotiate settlements with insurance companies.
- Review and account for unpaid and paid invoices and expenses before closing out case files.
- Prepare checks, letters, and record costs in the firm’s case management system.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Effective communicator with an outgoing and personable demeanor.
- Ability to multitask and follow through on tasks consistently.
- Team-oriented and collaborative mindset.
- Minimum of one year of case management experience in a personal injury law firm.
- Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university.
- Spanish proficiency is a plus but not required.
