Associate Employment Litigation Attorney – Single Plaintiff | Remote

Our client, a growing California plaintiff-side employment law firm, is seeking an Associate Employment Litigation Attorney with 1–3 years of attorney experience to join its single-plaintiff employment practice. The attorney will represent employees in individual employment disputes involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, whistleblower claims, and other workplace violations.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base salary: $120K–$175K, depending on experience

Responsibilities:

• Handle single-plaintiff employment litigation from case development through resolution
• Litigate discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, whistleblower, and related employment claims
• Draft complaints, motions, discovery, and other litigation documents
• Conduct and defend depositions
• Participate in mediations, hearings, and settlement negotiations
• Conduct legal research and assist with case strategy
• Manage cases, deadlines, and client communications with support from senior attorneys

Qualifications:

• Active California Bar membership in good standing
• 1–3 years of experience practicing as an attorney
• California employment litigation experience strongly preferred
• Experience with FEHA, wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and/or whistleblower matters preferred
• Strong research, writing, analytical, and client communication skills
• Ability to independently manage responsibilities and deadlines in a remote environment
• Plaintiff-side experience preferred, although relevant defense-side employment experience may be considered
