Associate Employment Litigation Attorney – Wage & Hour / PAGA | Remote

Our client, a growing California plaintiff-side employment law firm, is seeking an Associate Employment Litigation Attorney with 1–3 years of attorney experience to join its Wage & Hour practice. This is a fully remote opportunity for a California-licensed attorney who wants hands-on litigation experience representing employees in Wage & Hour, PAGA, and class action matters.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base salary: $120K–$175K, depending on experience
• Performance-based compensation tied to firm recoveries

Responsibilities:

• Handle plaintiff-side Wage & Hour, PAGA, and class action matters
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other litigation documents
• Conduct and defend depositions
• Participate in mediations, hearings, and settlement negotiations
• Perform legal research and assist with case strategy
• Manage cases, deadlines, and client communications with support from senior attorneys

Qualifications:

• Active California Bar membership in good standing
• 1–3 years of experience practicing as an attorney
• Employment litigation experience strongly preferred
• Wage & Hour, PAGA, and/or class action experience preferred
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
• Ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines in a remote environment
• Plaintiff-side experience preferred, but attorneys with relevant defense-side employment experience may be considered
