Audit Manager (Public Accounting) - Hybrid - Summer Fridays Off

• Salary range= $120-$145K + bonus
• 32-hour work weeks during Summer (Office closed on Fridays from May-August)
• Hybrid work schedule (3 days in office)

• "Dress for your day" policy. (casual unless there’s a client meeting) 
• Up to 40 hours of provided CPE training

Audit Manager Duties:
The Audit Manager is responsible for overseeing the planning and execution of audit engagements while ensuring compliance with professional standards and firm policies. This role provides leadership to staff through training, coaching, and performance management, while fostering strong client relationships. The Audit Manager plays a key role in driving efficiency, maintaining quality, and supporting the firm’s commitment to excellence and continuous improvement.

• Lead, train, and develop audit staff through coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations.
• Manage audits from planning to completion, ensuring accuracy, quality, and compliance with standards.
• Monitor budgets, timelines, and engagement profitability; resolve issues as they arise.
• Foster collaboration, celebrate team successes, and maintain strong client relationships.
• Uphold professional integrity while identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation.

Audit Manager Desired Qualifications:

• 2+ years applicable management experience
• 5-7+ years total audit experience
• CPA License
