Trial & Arbitration Attorney (Hybrid – Los Angeles)
Location: Los Angeles, CA (Hybrid – primarily remote with as-needed office and court appearances)
Compensation: $120,000 – $200,000 base salary (depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities
- Manage a high-volume docket of employee arbitration cases from intake through hearing or trial.
- Handle all aspects of discovery, including drafting and responding to discovery requests, conducting depositions, and preparing motions.
- Draft and argue motions, briefs, and other pleadings.
- Prepare for and participate in arbitration hearings and trials.
- Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and arbitrators.
- Collaborate with senior attorneys and litigation staff to move cases efficiently toward resolution.
- Active California Bar license in good standing.
- Minimum of 2 years of civil litigation experience (employment background a plus, but not required).
- Excellent legal writing, research, and oral advocacy skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Professional demeanor, clear communicator, and enthusiastic about courtroom work.
- Proficiency with litigation tools and software (e.g., Filevine, Microsoft Office, Adobe, GSuite).
- Bilingual ability is a plus but not required.
