Technical Accounting Manager (Hybrid)

Technical Accounting Manager Responsibilities:

• Lead technical accounting research and implementation for various business projects & initiatives.
• Provide accounting guidance to various accounting departments.
• Research and document complex accounting issues and company conclusions.
• Explain complex accounting to senior management, auditors, and regulators.
• Research, document, and support adoption of new accounting standards.
• Help prepare and review SEC disclosures (10-K, 10-Q).
• Liaise with internal teams and external auditors on accounting matters.

Technical Accounting Manager Compensation & Benefits:

• Total compensation estimated up to around $145K
• 4% Automatic Retirement Plan Contribution (increases to 5% @ 5yrs)
• 4% Retirement Plan Employer Match (increases to 5% @ 5yrs)
• 12.5% Annual target bonus

Technical Accounting Manager Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance, Masters preferred
• CPA or CPA candidate
• Public accounting experience desired
• 4+ years accounting/audit experience
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
