Senior Accountant (Hybrid)

One of the country’s fastest-growing organizations is seeking a Senior Accountant to join its team in Richmond’s West End.

Responsibilities include:
• Month-end close and financial reporting
• General ledger reconciliations and journal entries
• Variance analysis and account review
• Cross-functional collaboration with operations and leadership
• Supporting process improvements and ongoing growth initiatives

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• 4+ years of accounting experience
• Strong financial reporting and general ledger experience
• CPA or CPA-track preferred
• Advanced Excel skills preferred

Additional Details:
• Salary up to $100K plus bonus
• 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM schedule
• Hybrid schedule (1 day remote weekly)
