Sr Account Executive, Defense & RF

We are seeking an experienced Senior Account Executive to drive revenue and expand our U.S. defense customer base within EW, ISR, and Radar programs. This role manages the full sales lifecycle—from opportunity identification and quoting to contract negotiation and delivery—serving as the primary interface for key accounts.


Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Growth: Identify and close new opportunities; develop strategic account plans to exceed revenue targets.

  • Relationship Management: Build long-term partnerships, provide tailored technical solutions, and ensure high customer satisfaction.

  • Strategic Planning: Analyze market trends and competitor activity; collaborate with internal engineering and product teams to develop custom proposals.

  • Performance Tracking: Maintain accurate CRM records, provide sales forecasts, and translate field feedback into product strategy.

  • Contract Negotiation: Lead negotiations to secure favorable terms, pricing, and compliance with company standards.


Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Proven Track Record: Success in BD/Sales within the RF/microwave defense industry (passive components, filters, antennas, or mmWave assemblies).

  • Technical Aptitude: Deep understanding of high-frequency systems and the ability to communicate technical specs effectively.

  • Navigational Skills: Comfortable managing complex government environments and multi-priority tasks in a fast-paced setting.

  • Clearance: Active U.S. security clearance (or eligibility) is highly preferred.

  • Location/Travel: Ability to travel 30–50% domestically. Preferred locations: East Coast.
