Product Manager – RF & SATCOM - Hybrid

We are seeking a high-autonomy Product Manager to lead the lifecycle strategy for our cutting-edge RF and mmWave portfolios. This role is responsible for bridging the gap between emerging technologies and market demands across the Defense (EW, ISR, Radar) and Commercial (SATCOM) sectors. You will own the product roadmap, from initial business case through market launch and long-term ROI.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Roadmap Ownership: Define and maintain the multi-year product roadmap, identifying emerging trends to ensure market leadership in mmWave and RF subsystems.

• Commercial Execution: Accountable for product-line revenue, ROI, and go-to-market strategies; drive product launches and customer transition plans.

• Cross-Functional Leadership: Act as the central hub between Engineering (Technical Requirements), Sales (Market Alignment), and Operations (On-time Delivery).

• Market Intelligence: Serve as a subject matter expert, analyzing competitor activities and customer pain points to influence the Global Product Plan.

• Lifecycle Management: Monitor product health, resolve systemic issues, and present formal business cases to executive leadership for new and existing solutions.

Candidate Profile

• Experience: 5+ years in a technical Product Management or Marketing role within the RF/Microwave industry.

• Technical Domain: Deep understanding of components and subsystems (Filters, Multiplexers, Phased Arrays, and mmWave assemblies) for LEO/MEO/GEO spacecraft and ground terminals.

• Business Acumen: Proven ability to manage a P&L, develop complex business cases, and make data-driven decisions on product viability.

• Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical specs into value propositions for stakeholders, from engineers to C-suite executives.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.

• Tools & Travel: Proficiency in Salesforce; ability to travel domestically ~30%. Raleigh, hybrid
