This role offers significant client interaction and advisory exposure beyond pure compliance work, with opportunities to take on increasing responsibility as you grow with the firm.
Highlights:
• Up to 4.5 weeks of vacation in your first year
• Busy season capped at 55 hours per week. That's TOTAL hours, not just billable.
• Hybrid (typically 3-4 days in the office)

Senior Tax Accountant Duties:
• Prepare a variety of tax returns for individuals, partnerships, corporations, and other business entities
• Assist with tax planning, projections, and research throughout the year
• Communicate directly with clients to gather information, answer questions, and provide tax-related guidance
• Research and stay current on changing tax laws and compliance requirements
• Assist with complex tax projects and special assignments as needed
• Work closely with managers and partners to ensure accurate and timely completion of client engagements
• Develop strong client relationships and take on increasing responsibility as experience grows
Senior Tax Accountant Qualifications:
• 3+ years of relevant tax experience
• Experience preparing individual and business tax returns
• Strong understanding of federal and state tax compliance
• CPA, EA, or CPA eligible preferred
• Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills
