Compensation & Benefits:
- Total compensation potential up to $124K
- Hybrid: 3 days in office in Richmond per week
- Flexible schedule
- Option to work nine hour days and receive 26 Fridays off per year.
- 12.5% bonus, 4% retirement contribution, 4% 401k match

- Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance, Masters preferred
- CPA or CPA candidate
- Public accounting experience desired
- 3+ years accounting/audit experience
- Prepare and review financial data, journal entries, and account reconciliations.
- Maintain general ledger accounts and ensure accurate financial records.
- Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes, automation, and efficiency.
- Research and resolve accounting discrepancies and reporting issues.
- Perform accounting controls and ensure compliance with established policies and procedures.
- Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes and financial reporting.
- Assist with financial reporting requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to support accounting operations.
