We're currently seeking a Scrum Master o support our Software Engineering organization.
The ideal candidate will have experience leading agile ceremonies across multiple teams in a scaled agile environment and will be highly effective at driving coordination, communication, and delivery.
qualifications:
- 5+ years Scrum Master experience
- Experience supporting multiple agile teams simultaneously
- Scaled Agile (SAFe) experience
- Insurance industry experience is preferred
- Atlassian / Jira / Confluence is required
