Senior Project Manager - Network engineering / administration - Hybrid - Boston - No C2C

We are in need for a seasoned project manager to help us with critical infrastrucutre / network-related projects
Preferable experience with IT Network infrastructure (but no need to have been an engineer) We are interested in senior PM who are doers and have a strategic mindset to delivery of high-impact projects. 

Responsibilities:

• Manage projects in varying levels of complexity using company standards and best practices.
• Responsible for all facets of project from requirements definition to post implementation/production support.
• communicate / collaborate well and manage project expectations to project managers, owners, SME's, team members, and other stakeholders
• Coordinate & collaborate w/ internal resources and work with/manage vendors, 
• PM tools would include:  SmartSheet, asana and/or Azure DevOps, and Teams.·
• Report progress of the project to IT management.
• Active management of the project scope throughout the project.
• Proactively identify and manage project risks and issues
•  Prepare and publish a status report in intervals throughout the lifecycle of a project.
• Manage and track implementation issues and risks to achieve a successful go live.
• Track the post go-live issues to ensure a positive and successful stabilization phase.

 

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of relevant IT project management experience with at least 2 years of infrastructure-based projects - specifically network integration, implementation, tools, systems experience
• MS Project, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, MS Teams and ADO (desired)  Asana, SmartSheet, MSProject
• PMP desired but not required
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills are required. 
• Strong people management and collaboration skills
