Candidates will step into a unique environment:
- The resources, reputation, and infrastructure of a widely respected national practice
- Combined with a startup-style office, high autonomy, and the ability to make an immediate impact
- Backed by a trial-focused team known for securing over $1.5B in results and attracting attorneys from major firms and top law schools
- Active license to practice law in Arizona
- 6–10 years of litigation experience in Arizona personal injury matters
- Proven ability to independently manage cases through verdict
- Strong deposition, trial preparation, and courtroom advocacy skills
- Exceptional research, writing, and analytical capabilities
- Entrepreneurial mindset; comfortable operating in a high-autonomy, low-oversight environment
- Strong client communication and a results-oriented approach
- Lead personal injury cases from initial intake through trial or final resolution
- Conduct and defend depositions, including expert witnesses, aligned with strategic case objectives
- Represent clients in court—handling hearings, motions, and trials with confidence
- Draft high-quality pleadings, motions, and discovery responses
- Perform detailed legal research to support litigation arguments
- Maintain clear, professional communication with clients, opposing counsel, experts, and the courts
