A nationally recognized AM 100 law firm with a strong coast-to-coast platform is expanding its Commercial Litigation and General Liability practice and is actively seeking attorneys to join its defense team in Arizona.

This is a high-visibility opportunity to work on sophisticated matters for regional and national clients, offering real responsibility, flexibility, and long-term growth potential.

Location

Phoenix, or Tucson, AZ (remote flexibility available with occasional in-office appearances)

Compensation & Hours

• Base Salary: $100,000 – $275,000 (DOE)

• Bonus eligible

• Annual Hours Expectation: Approximately 1,900

What You’ll Be Doing

• Defending clients in commercial litigation and general liability matters

• Handling cases from pleadings through resolution

• Drafting and arguing motions

• Managing discovery and taking and defending depositions

• Participating in mediations and settlement negotiations

• Working directly with clients and litigation teams

What They’re Looking For

• 1+ year of experience in commercial litigation and/or general liability defense

• Active Arizona bar license in good standing (or ability to obtain)

• Strong legal writing and analytical skills

• Experience with discovery and motion practice

• Deposition experience is a plus but not required

• Motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple matters
