Compensation & Benefits:

About the Firm:

Join a boutique personal injury firm in Torrance that represents clients in high-value civil litigation. The team is small, skilled, and collaborative, offering hands-on mentorship and exposure to all stages of litigation.

The Opportunity:

We are seeking a motivated attorney with 1–4 years of plaintiff-side personal injury experience. You will manage a caseload of approximately 15–20 high-quality, high-value cases and gain experience across the litigation process, including trial preparation and trial.

The role is in-office initially, with the potential for a hybrid schedule once you are up to speed.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of 15–20 high-quality, high-value personal injury litigation files

• Draft complaints, motions, and other legal documents

• Handle discovery and motion practice

• Take and defend depositions

• Assist with trial preparation and participate in trials

• Maintain consistent communication with clients

• Supervise and direct paralegals and legal support staff

• Perform other litigation-related tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• 1–4 years of plaintiff-side personal injury litigation experience

• J.D. from an accredited law school

• Active California Bar membership in good standing

• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to manage multiple cases while working collaboratively with the team
