The Office Manager will help keep their Boston office running smoothly while supporting a small group of senior leaders.
This role is perfect for someone who is highly organized, proactive, and enjoys being at the center of day-to-day operations in a fast-paced environment.
What you’ll do:
• Oversee daily office operations and maintain a polished, welcoming workspace
• Coordinate meetings, vendors, and office logistics
• Support senior leadership with calendar management, travel coordination, and expenses
• Help organize internal meetings and events
