Revenue Cycle Clinic Manager

We are partnering with a growing healthcare organization to identify a hands-on Revenue Cycle Clinic Manager to lead physician practice operations and drive performance improvement across the revenue cycle.

This is a high-impact role for someone who enjoys digging in, building structure, and putting effective processes in place. The organization has over $100M in annual revenue, a largely employed physician base, and is actively working to transition away from outsourced functions and strengthen internal capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day revenue cycle operations across physician practices
  • Implement and standardize policies, procedures, and SOPs
  • Improve denial rates and optimize front-end processes (authorization, verification, POS collections)
  • Monitor KPIs and provide regular reporting to leadership
  • Support onboarding of providers and clinics
  • Lead and develop a team (including prior authorization staff)
  • Partner with vendors while helping transition toward a more in-house model

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3–5+ years of revenue cycle experience
  • 3–5+ years of leadership experience
  • Strong knowledge of physician practice operations, billing, coding, and payor guidelines
  • Experience with systems such as Meditech, Care Tracker, or PointClickCare preferred
  • Someone who is proactive, process-driven, and comfortable building structure in evolving environments
