Reporting directly to the CFO, this is a unique opportunity for an emerging healthcare facilities management / plant operations leader ready to take the next step in their career.

A respected community health system in the Gulf South is seeking a Director of Plant Operations to oversee facilities, emergency preparedness, security, and biomedical services across a growing healthcare campus.

Ideal Background
• Plant Operations Manager, Supervisor, or Assistant Director experience within a hospital or healthcare setting
• Experience with Environment of Care, Emergency Preparedness, and Safety programs
• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulatory and compliance standards
• Effective communicator who can engage frontline staff, physicians, leadership, and external agencies
• CHFM preferred
