Location: Reno or Las Vegas, Nevada (remote flexibility with occasional in-office appearances / court visits)
Compensation: $100,000 – $275,000 base salary + bonus

- Manage healthcare defense litigation matters from discovery through trial preparation.
- Draft pleadings, motions, and other defense-focused legal documents.
- Conduct legal research and factual analysis to support defense strategy.
- Collaborate with senior defense attorneys and internal teams on healthcare matters.
- Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and stakeholders.
- Represent clients in court hearings, depositions, and other proceedings related to healthcare defense.
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
- Active Nevada Bar license required.
- Litigation experience preferred, especially in healthcare defense or professional liability defense.
- Strong analytical, research, and written/verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated and able to manage multiple healthcare defense matters independently while collaborating with a team.
- Handle high-profile healthcare defense matters nationwide with flexible remote/onsite arrangements.
