Build Your Career in California's Hottest Area of Employment Law

Join one of California's premier plaintiff-side employment litigation practices, specializing in Wage & Hour class actions and PAGA litigation.

This is not a traditional employment litigation position centered on FEHA discrimination, harassment, retaliation, or single-plaintiff employment cases. While FEHA experience is valuable, our practice is built around complex Wage & Hour class actions and representative PAGA actions.

We're looking for attorneys who want to become true specialists in Wage & Hour litigation and build a long-term career in one of the fastest-growing and most in-demand areas of California employment law.

Whether your background is plaintiff-side, defense-side, or a combination of both, you'll work alongside an experienced team handling sophisticated employment class actions while enjoying exceptional earning potential and a clear path for advancement.

Why Attorneys Join This Team:

  • Fully remote anywhere in California
  • Base salary up to $275,000
  • Commission based on the firm's recovery for cases you handle
  • Quarterly performance bonuses
  • Top performers regularly earn well into the six figures
  • Clear path to Team Lead and Managing Attorney
  • Practice focused almost exclusively on Wage & Hour class actions and PAGA litigation
  • Strong mentorship and training from experienced employment litigators
  • Stable, recession-resistant practice with outstanding long-term growth opportunities

Why Wage & Hour Litigation?

California Wage & Hour litigation continues to be one of the busiest and fastest-growing areas of employment law.

  • Approximately 49 PAGA cases are filed every day throughout California.
  • Wage & Hour litigation remains strong regardless of economic conditions, as layoffs and workforce reductions often lead to increased employee claims.
  • Many California judges report that Wage & Hour matters now make up the majority of their employment dockets.

For attorneys looking to develop a highly specialized and marketable practice, there are few opportunities with greater long-term demand or earning potential.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload of Wage & Hour class actions and PAGA matters following training.
  • Draft pleadings, motions, written discovery, and other litigation documents.
  • Take and defend depositions.
  • Appear at hearings, mediations, and court proceedings.
  • Conduct legal research and develop litigation strategy.
  • Communicate directly with clients, opposing counsel, and witnesses.
  • Collaborate with experienced litigators throughout all phases of complex employment class action litigation.

Qualifications:

  • Active California Bar license.
  • 1 or more years of employment litigation experience is required.
  • Defense-side employment litigation experience is highly valued, but not required.
  • FEHA experience is a plus.
  • PAGA experience is a significant advantage.
  • Strong legal writing, deposition, discovery, and motion practice skills.
  • A genuine interest in building a long-term career focused on Wage & Hour class actions and PAGA litigation.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in a remote environment.

Ideal Candidates:

We're particularly interested in attorneys who:

  • Enjoy employment litigation and want to specialize in Wage & Hour law.
  • Are excited by complex class actions and representative PAGA litigation.
  • Want to become recognized experts in California Wage & Hour law.
  • Thrive in a collaborative, high-performing environment.
  • Are looking for exceptional long-term earning potential and leadership opportunities.

This Opportunity Is Different

Many employment litigation positions divide time among FEHA, wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and other single-plaintiff matters.

This opportunity is different.

Our attorneys focus primarily on California Wage & Hour class actions and PAGA litigation. If you're looking to develop deep expertise in one of the most active and specialized areas of employment law while working remotely with outstanding earning potential, we'd love to speak with you.
