This position requires exceptional organizational skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to stay composed under pressure. - Provide daily executive support to the CEO including heavy calendar and inbox management, complex travel coordination, and meeting logistics
- Serve as a key liaison between the CEO and internal/external contacts
- Partner closely with other EAs to share responsibilities and ensure seamless team support
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Prepare expense reports and assist with various administrative projects as needed
- Manage competing priorities in a high-energy, fast-paced office environment
- 3–6 years of Executive Assistant or Administrative experience in a corporate/professional setting
- Background in financial services, consulting, or other fast-paced industries preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills with a proactive and flexible approach
- Ability to adapt quickly and “embrace the chaos” of a dynamic office
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Team-oriented with a no-task-too-small attitude
