This is a high-impact, fully onsite role (5 days/week) for attorneys who want real responsibility, strong compensation, and meaningful work advocating for employees.
This firm values teamwork, mentorship, and hands-on experience—and offers long-term stability without requiring attorneys to generate their own book of business.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base Salary
- Mid-Level Attorneys (2–5 years): $150,000 - 200,000 range
- Senior Attorneys: Up to $300,000
Depending on experience and interest, attorneys may focus on pre-litigation, litigation, or a hybrid of both.
