Personal Injury Litigation Attorney – Torrance, CA (Hybrid Option Available)

  • Base Salary: $150,000 - $250,000 base salary, with potential for commission on cases

About the Firm: Join a boutique personal injury firm in Torrance, CA, focused on representing clients in high-value civil litigation. The team is small but highly skilled, offering a supportive environment, hands-on mentorship, and exposure to complex cases. This is a full-time, in-office role with flexibility for a hybrid schedule for the right candidate.

The Opportunity: We are seeking a motivated attorney with 2–10 years of experience in plaintiff-side civil litigation. You will manage a caseload of 15-20 high quality/value cases while gaining exposure to all aspects of litigation, including trial work. This is a great opportunity for attorneys ready to grow their skills in a collaborative, client-focused environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage a caseload of 15–20 litigation files
  • Draft complaints, motions, and other legal documents
  • Handle discovery and motion practice
  • Take and defend depositions
  • Assist with trial preparation and participate in trials
  • Maintain consistent client communication
  • Supervise and direct paralegals and legal support staff
  • Perform other litigation-related tasks as needed
Qualifications:
  • 2–10 years of experience in plaintiff-side civil personal injury litigation
  • J.D. from an accredited law school
  • Active California Bar membership in good standing
  • Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple cases independently while collaborating with the team
