The San Francisco office is seeking a midlevel Employment Associate Attorney with 4–7 years of employment counseling and/or litigation experience.

This position offers an opportunity to represent sophisticated corporate clients, handle complex employment matters, and collaborate with experienced attorneys across a nationally recognized platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent employers in employment-related disputes, litigation, and counseling matters.

• Advise corporate clients on workplace policies, compliance, employee relations, and potential legal exposure.

• Handle litigation involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, and other employment-related claims.

• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery requests and responses, and other litigation documents.

• Participate in depositions, hearings, mediations, settlement negotiations, and trial preparation.

• Work on matters involving restrictive covenants, trade secrets, wage-and-hour disputes, and employment class actions, as applicable.

• Collaborate with partners and litigation teams on sophisticated employment matters.

Qualifications:

• 4–7 years of employment counseling and/or litigation experience.

• Experience representing employers or management-side clients strongly preferred.

• Experience involving restrictive covenants, trade secrets, wage-and-hour disputes, or class actions preferred, but not required.

• Excellent legal research, writing, analytical, and advocacy skills.

• Strong academic credentials.

• Ability to manage substantive responsibilities independently while collaborating with a team.

• Active California Bar admission required.

• Ability to work onsite in San Francisco approximately 3–4 days per week.
