Salary: $50,000 - $60,000/year + Health, Dental, Vision, and 401(k) + Match
Schedule: Full-time, Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

- Manage clients accounts, coordinating services.
- Serve as the main contact for clients and partners, responding promptly to inquiries.
- Troubleshoot challenges and proactively find solutions.
- Document client interactions, service updates, and other important details accurately.
- Help onboard new clients and ensure smooth transitions with service providers.
- Support quality improvement initiatives and team collaboration.
- Take ownership of tasks and contribute ideas to improve processes.
- 2 - 3 years in client services, customer support, or account management.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Highly organized, with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and shift priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and solution-oriented.
- Passionate about helping people and improving client experiences.
- BA/BS preferred but not required.
