Audio Visual Sales Manager
Location:
Preferred locations are Richmond, VA or Roanoke, VA. Other locations such as VA Beach or Fredericksburg are possible
Pay and Benefits:
Competitive Base Salary + a generous commission program. Successful Sales Managers earn anywhere between $100K and $300K total compensation. This is a full-time role with a strong benefits package including 3 weeks of vacation.

Job Description:
The Audio Video Sales Manager is an integral part of our Business Development and Sales team and will secure new projects and increase sales revenue by selling our technical services and products.

Job Description:
The Audio Video Sales Manager is an integral part of our Business Development and Sales team and will secure new projects and increase sales revenue by selling our technical services and products.
Responsibilities:
- Establishes and nourishes relationships with customers
- Confidently selling Audio/Visual solutions and staying updated on tech trends.
- Maximizing revenue using company sales strategies.
- Provides high quality proposals to meet customer expectations and deadline
- Sells services and products by using technical, organizational, and customer knowledge
- Assists with the marketing of the company's products and services
- Provides estimates in partnership with Sales Engineers
- Attend customer meetings, vendor meetings, networking events, and conferences
- Prepares agendas for client meetings
- Researches competitors and develops new methods in maintaining current customers and attaining new customers
- Prepares purchase orders
- 3+ years work experience in Audio Visual industry
- A passion for Audio Visual technology including an understanding of AV systems in commercial, industrial, government, medical, and educational settings.
- 3+ years of demonstrated sales success resulting in revenue growth
- Outstanding communications and relationship building skills
- Comfort in both Account Management of existing clients and cold calling new prospects
