Associate Attorney - Civil Litigation Defense

Our client, an established civil litigation defense firm in Las Vegas, is seeking a full-time Associate Attorney to join their team (hybrid schedule).

This person in this role will report directly to a partner and, depending on experience, will likely be the primary handling attorney on cases. He/she will handle court appearances, discovery, depositions, motions, mediations, pre-trial preparation, and updates to clients. Preparing for and participating in trials is also a possibility.  The cases are mostly high value general insurance defense with a focus on personal injury, products liability, and premises liability.  A candidate barred in Nevada and California is a plus!

Offering a salary of $115,000 - $175,000 per year depending on experience, plus a generous bonus program based on billing metrics, as well as full benefits (medical, dental, vision, life, short-term, long-term disability, and a 401k plan with employer match). Also offering comprehensive training and mentoring, flexible scheduling, and a partnership track!

Requirements:

• State Bar of Nevada.
• 1-5 years of civil litigation experience.
