Email Campaign Technology organization is in search of a Campaign Specialist who will design and implement email workflows in Adobe Campaign. This position is at the forefront of executing and automating our ongoing behavioral driven email communications to our active customer base. The Developer will be responsible for creating automated campaigns which include building logic for audience selection, rendering content in email, working with QA, supporting production deployments, and contributing to team initiatives.

What you will be tasked with 100% of the time
- #1 Design Development, and execution of Marketing Campaigns in Adobe Campaign or similar Marketing Campaign Tools– 60%
- Execute on demand behavioral and transactional workflows featuring audience selection using a relational database.
- Learn to Develop tools for internal business use including logic subroutines, Web apps, and reporting workflows
- #2 Adhere to internal Standards of Delivery/Excellence – 30%
- Apply standard campaign methodology and best practices.
- Apply and contribute to established SDLC practices.
- Ensure quality and compliance across all systems.
- #3 Work closely with a collaborative team in Agile Scrum Goal – 10%
- Work closely with fellow team members and key business stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of strategic campaigns.
- Actively engage in Sprint Planning to Sprint retroactivities to constantly evolve and improve processes & execution
Job Requirements:
• Work from our Corporate Headquarters located in Boston, MA at least 3 days a week (2 remote)
• 1-2 years of working within an Email Campaign Platform maintaining, building or enhancing overall email workflows or audience selection
• 1-2 years of experience working with relational databases within Campaign Management tools or SQL/Other database tools
• HTML/JavaScript programming a Plus.
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Adobe Campaign Certifications a plus
• Strong written, verbal and organizational skills to interface with technical peers and business stakeholders.
• Ability to translate business requirements into functions systems based on available data systems.
• Detailed and process oriented. The position requires an excellent grasp of complex and often-changing requirements.
• Proven ability to work in a fast paced, multi-tasked environment.
Preferred:
- Experience with Adobe Campaign or with similar marketing platform(Marketo, Unica Campaign) building complex workflows and audience selections.
- Experience working under Agile Scrum.
