Staff Accountant or Senior Accountant - Hybrid

We’re working with a very exciting and rapidly growing, venture-backed startup company in Richmond, VA. They’re looking for Staff Accountant and Senior Accountants to join their growing team. 

This is a high-impact role with significant room for growth in one of the fastest-growing industries in the world!

Position Overview:
Experience: 1-5 years
Compensation: $60-$75K base (up to $82.5K total compensation with annual bonus), depending on experience

What You’ll Do:

• Day-to-day full cycle accounting in QuickBooks 
• Reconciling accounts
• GL maintenance
• Financial statement preparation
• Bank accounts reconciliations
• Work closely with tax & payroll accounting department
