Position: Employment/Wage and Hour Litigation Attorney (At least 5 years of CA Employment Law experience required)
Location: CA - Remote flexibility offered, but must be local to CA, and willing to travel for depositions in Los Angeles, Orange and/or Riverside Counties on an as needed basis.
Billing / hours: 1900
Compensation: $200,000 to $225,000 (commensurate with experience)

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle litigation of employment-related lawsuits, including wage and hour disputes and agency charges.
- Act as representatives for employers in various legal proceedings, encompassing a wide array of employment issues such as class actions, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and contract disputes.
- Provide guidance and counsel on employment and labor law matters, with a focus on California regulations.
- Possession of a J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.
- At least 5 years of experience in employment law.
- Public entity work would be nice to have experience, but is not required.
- Active membership in the California State Bar.
- Strong comprehension of state and federal agency procedures.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Commitment to professionalism and teamwork.
