Our client, a well-established multidisciplinary engineering, surveying, and environmental consulting firm, is seeking a Senior Project Engineer to join its growing Boston office.
This opportunity is ideal for a Project Engineer who is ready to take the next step toward Project Management while gaining exposure to a diverse portfolio of urban redevelopment, mixed-use, housing, and land development projects throughout Greater Boston.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare civil engineering designs for land development and redevelopment projects
  • Perform grading, drainage, utility, and stormwater management design
  • Develop plans and supporting documentation utilizing Civil 3D and related design software
  • Coordinate with survey, environmental, and permitting teams
  • Support project managers in client communication and project delivery
  • Assist with permitting and regulatory approvals
  • Contribute to project planning, scheduling, and technical execution

Qualifications
Required
  • 4-6+ years of civil engineering experience
  • Experience with site development, grading, drainage, and utility design
  • Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D
  • Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities
  • EIT certification

Preferred
  • Professional Engineer (PE) licensure
  • Experience with HydroCAD and stormwater design
  • Desire to advance into project management responsibilities
