The most forward-thinking engineering teams aren’t just using AI to assist with code — they’re building autonomous agents that generate production-ready pull requests end-to-end. Our client is building in that direction. They are a venture-backed proptech infrastructure company creating a large-scale, enterprise-grade ELT and integration platform that connects fragmented real estate systems into a unified data layer. Their current product is revenue-generating and stable — now they’re scaling for large, multi-billion-dollar enterprise customers.

They’re hiring a Senior Engineer to help lead both:
  1. Enterprise system architecture
  2. AI-powered developer infrastructure
This is not a feature-only role. They need someone who has designed and operated production-grade, distributed systems — and who is excited about AI transforming how software gets built. If your reaction to autonomous coding agents isn’t “that’s scary” but “how do I build that?” — keep reading.

What You’ll Do:
  • Architect and scale a production-grade ELT/data integration platform
  • Own AWS infrastructure across compute, networking, and data services
  • Build features in Python and TypeScript/Node
  • Design internal AI agents that can generate tested, production-ready PRs
  • Integrate AI into CI/CD and developer workflows
  • Help establish AI-first engineering standards across the team
  • Major bonus points for devs who have worked at a place like Fivetran or Airbyte
What They’re Looking For:
  • 7+ years of engineering experience
  • Deep experience with distributed systems and enterprise-scale infrastructure
  • Strong AWS background
  • Proficiency in Python and/or TypeScript
  • Actively using AI coding tools today — and excited about what’s next
  • High ownership mindset; comfortable in a small, fast-moving team
If you want architectural ownership, meaningful scale, and to help define what AI-first engineering actually looks like — let’s talk.
